My knees say it is time to ride the fast road bike and not do any climbing. I am headed to the Eastern Shore this weekend to grind out some miles. Dear God. Please, no wind.

Sue and I wanted to do some quality control on our gear, so this past weekend we did an overnight trip from Frostburg, MD to Confluence, PA on the Allegheny Highland Trail. Dalis was along and you can read the Trip Report on Dalis’ Blog.

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010Well, here is my first entry for the 2010 ride. I plan to start a page to tell you a bit about what we have planned, but for now, I am just glad to have the blog machine up and running. This weekend, the plan is to do a shake down trip with some new equipment with Dalis, Sue, and Denise.
