Renewable vs Sustainable (Energy)
There has been a raging battle at GW lately about the difference between Sustainable Energy and Renewable Energy. The argument has proponents each convinced that (1) they know what each means and (2) they know which they are doing and (3) they know that what they are doing is more PC.
Me? I found myself really not knowing what each was, which is better, or which category my own work connected with.
Being a good academic, that didn’t stop me from offering a definition, here quoting myself from less than two weeks ago.
